- Utilize your strong listening, communication, and multitasking skills to provide a positive and professional customer experience for our clients.
- Answer general phone line with professional phone mannerism and take orders, transfer calls, answer questions and promote items.
- Receive and process orders, invoices, and credit memos in-person, via phone and via email with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform a wide variety of office duties such as faxing, photocopying, scanning, emailing, printing, process payments, etc.
- Work closely and communicate often with other departments such as warehouse, sales reps, office, production, and drivers.
- Excellent display of critical thinking, creativity, and innovation; administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A high level of motivation, ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision and excellent multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to offer world-class customer service standards in person, on phone and via email, a passion to go above and beyond customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures.
- Office experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional phone mannerism are a must.
- Proficient computer and typing skills are a must.
- Knowledge of produce and distribution industry an asset.
- Advanced skills working with computers and other office equipment.
