This is not a traditional support role. You will play a key part in both day-to-day operations and the delivery of an extensive change portfolio, supporting and coordinating enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives. You will act as the primary point of contact for Canadian stakeholders and proactively engage with specialist teams in the UK (including DCR (Data Clean Room), OIC (Oracle integration Cloud), SFG (Stirling File Gateway), and others) to ensure seamless operations, rapid incident resolution, and regulatory compliance. The role is supported by an offshore Fusion Support Analyst fully dedicated to the Canada run and change portfolio.This position is uniquely structured. You will be fully embedded within the Canadian Finance Systems team, while maintaining a strong operational and strategic connection to Aviva’s Group Finance Application Services (GFAS) global framework.
