- Drive new sales from existing customers
- Gain new customers in line with regional strategy and sector growth plans
- Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and install support as needed within territory
- Develop DSRs at assigned WW/L distributors
- Implement the sales funnel in the OnDemand system
- Manage territory expense budget
- Execute support plan for global and national accounts within sales territory as needed
- Deliver financial performance for sales territory
- Develop margin improvement plans for territory
- Provide input to innovation development funnel
- Provide forecast input to District Manger for assigned distributors and accounts
- Engage and train key customer teams within territory
- Assist sectors on national program rollouts
- Launch new products and promotions to assigned end user accounts
- End user sales calls with sector teams
- Sales, margin and profit growth against plan
