- Handle all inbound leads (phone, email, website, walk-ins) in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups on unsold leads, previous customers, and service customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Build rapport with customers to understand needs and match them with appropriate vehicles
- Follow dealership processes for lead management and response times
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff
- Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and database mining
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, shown, sold)
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and positive experience
- Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (automotive is an asset but not required)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Objection handling
