- Manage client interactions efficiently across phone, email, and chat from initial contact to resolution.
- Reproduce and troubleshoot technical issues, including connectivity and platform navigation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
- Proactively contact clients to provide follow-up and ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately record, sort, and track client issues and resolution steps within internal databases.
- Present value-added solutions and tools to meet specific client needs.
- Fluently Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of customer service, collections or technical support experience.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma completed.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain complex products and troubleshoot operating system/software issues.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to assist in the development of newer staff members.
