- Oversee daily housekeeping office operations and coordination
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and departmental administration
- Design and deliver training and onboarding programs
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards
- Manage inventory and cost control
- Ensure health, safety, and WHMIS compliance
- Support recruitment and foster team culture
- Liaise with Property Management team to schedule and conduct off-site training
- Complete Month end reporting for accounting at period end
- Experience in housekeeping operations and leadership
- Training or coaching experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel systems and Microsoft Office
- WHMIS knowledge required
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
