NVIT anticipates the requirement for Term Instructors to deliver the following courses for the Indigenous Business Diploma Program. We invite applications from qualified candidates. These courses will be delivered in a hybrid format. This will be a term position for fall 2025 and spring 2026Fall 2025:

IBUS 130 - Community Evaluation & Strategy
IBUS 140 - Community Dynamics & Organizational Analysis
IBUS 150 - Microeconomics Analysis

  • Be of Indigenous ancestry (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit);
  • Possess a master's degree in a related field;
  • Have experience in classroom teaching and learning practices with Indigenous adult learners;
  • Have strong connections and roots within Indigenous communities;
  • Demonstrate excellent teaching and human relations skills - faculty members are expected to contribute positively to the life of the school and community; and
  • Possess knowledge of Indigenous cultures.
