- Lead Transformation: Drive the Capex-to-Opex-to-Recurring evolution across Commercial and Operations teams.
- Accelerate Growth: Expand the recurring pipeline, orders, and ARR through strategic initiatives and customer-centric value propositions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, CSMs, Tendering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive Adoption: Promote digital and service offers across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Modernization projects.
- Champion Best Practices: Share success stories, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Influence Strategically: Engage key stakeholders and decision-makers to shape services strategy and customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships across Commercial and Operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or services—ideally in SaaS, digital solutions, or sustainability.
- Strong understanding of recurring business models, digital platforms (e.g., EcoStruxure,…), and industry trends.
- English proficiency is required for this position, as the role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication with internal and external partners across Canada and global teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering measurable results.
- Growth in Digital & Recurring Services order intake
