- Lead end-to-end Agile product delivery, driving iterative development, testing, and continuous improvement of complex digital products
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery momentum
- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning business goals, technical capabilities, regulatory considerations, and emerging industry standards
- Apply user-centered design principles, leveraging research insights, analytics, and real-world usage data to inform product decisions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, DevOps, architecture, and policy teams through workshops, design sprints, and alignment sessions
- Promote team autonomy, proactively remove blockers, and manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders and delivery streams
- Communicate complex product strategies and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executives, engineers, and external partners
- Partner closely with engineering teams to evaluate solution options, technical feasibility, trade-offs, risks, and performance considerations across mobile and backend systems
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development or solution architecture
- Familiarity with modern development stacks (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies; React Native or comparable mobile frameworks)
- Solid understanding of system design, including APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data storage, and scalability considerations
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerized environments
- Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs
