JOB SUMMARY:To fit customers to ensure their alterations fit, feel, and make customers look great by honoring the Company’s promise of delivering quality alterations.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guide customers try on clothes, measure accurately, and understand their preferences.
  • Be responsible for fitting/pinning customer’s clothes.
  • Prepare and perform basic clothing alterations, including sewing.
  • Follow established standards for customer service, problem resolution and handle customer complaints.
  • Make costumers feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Recommend alteration options, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our alteration processes and products.
  • Offer alternatives that fit the customers budget, or products that complement the alteration.
