Join the Mazergroup team as a Service Administrator, where you’ll provide essential administrative support to keep the service department running smoothly. You’ll greet customers and teammates in person and by phone, manage and track service paperwork, and work closely with key dealership suppliers while delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent is required
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Office administration certificate/diploma would be an asset
- Experienced in customer service and effective communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract is an asset
