- Planning and executing trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate events from conception to completion.
- Managing event logistics including venue selection, vendor relationships, booth design, promotional materials, shipping, and staff coordination.
- Developing event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed events calendar for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinating pre-event, during-event, and post-event communications and follow-up activity.
- Ensuring all events align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Managing relationships with event vendors, venues, and service providers.
- Coordinating with internal teams-including sales, marketing, and executive leadership-for event participation.
- Managing event staff scheduling, training, and on-site coordination.
- Overseeing event setup, execution, equipment breakdown, and shipping processes.
- Developing event-specific marketing campaigns and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Creating event-related content and promotional materials.
- Managing event registration processes and attendee communications.
- Coordinating social media promotion and real-time event coverage.
- Managing ordering and distribution of branded promotional items.
- Tracking event ROI and lead-generation performance.
- Conducting post-event analysis and reporting on attendance, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Gathering feedback from attendees, staff, and stakeholders to improve future events.
- Maintaining an event database and historical performance records.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in B2B or corporate environments
- Proven track record of successful event execution and project management
- Experience with trade shows and industry conferences
- Experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms
- Experience with event management software and registration platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-up
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Budget management and vendor negotiation experience
- Certification in event planning (CMP, CSEP, or similar)
