
Senior Manager/Director, Global Field Enablement

- Execute a global enablement strategy that drives performance across internal teams, external partners, and customers
- Build and deliver role-based onboarding, playbooks, and certification programs aligned to each stage of PADRE
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to implement enablement initiatives that support pipeline growth, campaign success, and deal velocity
- Define and report on KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness of enablement programs
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop persona-specific messaging, objection handling, and value-based talk tracks
- Lead training for new product launches to ensure teams are equipped to articulate MindBridge’s value
- Continuously maintain and evolve enablement assets (e.g., slides, templates, demo scripts, competitive positioning)
- Design and deliver both on-demand and instructor-led training across functions and geographies
- Launch and maintain a coaching framework for front-line leaders
- Own the execution of a three-tier certification program tailored to internal roles, partners, and customers
- Evaluate training impact and iterate based on feedback and performance data
- Leverage and optimize tools like HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero, and LMS platforms to improve workflow and visibility
- Coordinate enablement efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Global Services
- Establish structured feedback loops with field teams to continuously refine enablement strategy
- Lead and manage multiple priorities with focus on high-impact execution
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Revenue Ops, or Marketing, with a focus on enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably AI in Accounting, Audit or Assurance Technology
- 3+ years of direct SaaS sales or sales leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to build and scale global enablement programs, including onboarding, coaching, and certification
- Strong understanding of AI applications and modern enablement technologies
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, project management, and stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable operating as a hands-on executor in dynamic and evolving environments
- Natural facilitator with a passion for coaching and empowering others
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting practices, or direct experience working with companies that sell into the CFO’s office
- Proven enablement experience in both large organizations (navigating scale and structure) and smaller companies (hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach)
- Demonstrated expertise across the full customer journey, from pre-sales through post-sales engagement
