We provide our researchers with high-quality, efficient, and innovative services which enable them to meet their client's project needs and to sustain lasting client relationships.About the Role:Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues. There is no telemarketing or sales involved.We are hiring for this position at an hourly wage of $17.00.What you can expect to be doing:
  • Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
  • Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent's answers accurately
  • Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar
  • Have a courteous, customer service approach
What you'll need:
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking French
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
What's in it for you:
