- Welcome guests to the hotel and provide a seamless check-in service that confirms the details of their stay, manages their expectations and provides a concierge service when required.
- Preparation of arrival paperwork and allocation of rooms to meet any special requests.
- Listen, handle and respond to guest concerns in a professional and effective manner, providing resolutions where possible, or escalating to a member of management.
- Handle, arrange and store guest luggage when required.
- Make new guest reservations over the phone and provide hotel specifications to ensure the appropriate room type is booked.
- Complete check-out duties in a timely manner which include completing and posting applicable charges, confirming payment methods and handling any concerns raised that encourages guests to return.
- Assist with valet parking, bike/ ski valet during peak seasons to support the wider team and enhance overall guest experience.
