The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering outstanding support and consultancy services to clients. This position demands a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and client-facing experience to ensure the effective operation and optimization of Oracle HCM systems.What will your typical day look like?Your day will involve direct engagement with clients to analyze and resolve HR technology challenges, using your deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud functionality. You will be responsible for configuring and testing the system to ensure solutions are accurate and effective, as well as documenting all implemented changes. In addition, you will provide product expertise and ongoing support to help clients optimize their HR systems.Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM: Must have Oracle experience combination of HCM modules such as Core HCM, Talent Management.
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM processes and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, and IT teams for smooth HCM operations
  • Understand client business requirements and conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Configure the Oracle Cloud solution
  • Assist the client in testing the solution
  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data/Document technical requirements from clients
  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build , configure and test integration between HCM and third party/custom solutions
  • Understand Oracle's Implementation Methodology and use it
  • Assess impacts on Oracle's quarterly release and provide recommendations/next steps to the client.
  • Support the reviews of cloud environments so it meets security and compliance controls.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and consulting on Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Talent Management, and other related modules. Strong understanding of SQL, system integrations, and data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Relevant Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
