- Curate, clean, and annotate large volumes of structured and unstructured data to train AI models.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, context, and alignment with user intent.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and bias in AI responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, linguistics) to improve model performance.
- Develop and refine training prompts, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Test AI systems in real-world scenarios and document findings for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on best practices in AI training, NLP, and ethical AI development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields such as Linguistics, Psychology, Communication, or Education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in data labeling, annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI workflows, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
