In this role, you will act as a coach and guide to AI systems by preparing, organizing, and refining the data that powers intelligent responses.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:
  • Curate, clean, and annotate large volumes of structured and unstructured data to train AI models.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, context, and alignment with user intent.
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and bias in AI responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, linguistics) to improve model performance.
  • Develop and refine training prompts, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Test AI systems in real-world scenarios and document findings for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on best practices in AI training, NLP, and ethical AI development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Data Management, or related fields such as Linguistics, Psychology, Communication, or Education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in data labeling, annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
