- Translate business and non-functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, update artifacts, and track changes throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead Agile software development activities using tools like MS Power Platform, K2 Studio, SQL, and SharePoint, including code development, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet desired business outcomes.
- Participate in team activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives while contributing to continuous process improvement and platform enhancement.

- A undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- A minimum of 6 years’ recent work experience as a low code Analyst/Developer, inclusive of 1 year direct hands-on experience in the Agile practice.
