- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under your responsibility
- Define and maintain replenishment parameters in line with the corporate inventory management strategy while supporting marketing initiatives for the products under your responsibility
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies
- Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for merchandising
- Coordinate various activities with stakeholders
- Analyze and monitor performance indicators (level of products in stock, accuracy of sales forecasts, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, product status, etc.)
- Participate in a collaborative cycle of review and planning of sales, inventory and supply (S&OP/CPFR)
- Participate in all other related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations research, operations management, engineering, statistics or other relevant discipline
- 1 to 4 years' related experience, preferably in demand planning and stock management
- Good ability to analyze data in order to formulate recommendations
- Good knowledge of technological tools such as MS Excel (knowledge of JDA is considered an asset)
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction and attention to detail
- Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Familiarity with the retail industry and/or distribution (an asset)
