Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/weekProject: Several projects on the go they could be assigned to - one is IRB Model Adoption – expanding current risk application for small businesses – in execution phase; RRAE Team within GCF is searching for Technical Business Analyst to liaison between business stakeholders and internal engineering and architect teams, ensuring solutions are developed and delivered on time, efficiently and with high quality for various projects within GCF.Candidate Value Proposition:

1) 3+ years’ experience as a BSA, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results.
2) 2+ years’ scripting experience to create and run queries using SQL and Python
3) Experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment.Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience in capital markets or retail credit risk
2) Experience supporting application databases
3) Experience working with JIRA/ConfluenceSoft Skills Required:
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- A self-starter to independently resolve, investigate, and analyze requests, issues, and deliverables.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A recognized undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, computer science or related field required.Best VS. Average Candidate:

Exceptional Communication Skills
The candidate must be a strong communicator, able to clearly articulate achievements and past experiences. This should be assessed during the screening call as the HM says in the first 5 minutes of the interview they can usually tell if someone is able to speak to their experience or not so they expect that suppliers are doing this too.
Note: Communication skills should be accurately represented in the “out of 10” rating at the top of the evaluation matrix. Submissions with inaccurate information will be rejected adversely.
Resumes should be clear and focused, ideally within 2–3 pages, as preferred by the hiring manager.
Candidates should be able to articulate a problem and walk through their approach to solving it.
Some experience in retail credit risk is highly valued.
