- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions.
- Promote the benefits of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
- Work closely with Technology Partners to deliver customized solutions.
- Actively participate in tradeshows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, participate in educational events, and share insights internally.
- Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects.
- Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Collaborative with strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
- A strong sense of urgency to achieve goals, and deliver results, under tight timelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous experience in technology, security, or related industry background.
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras, and computer networks preferred.
- Design application capabilities.
- Axis Certified Professional.
- Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.
- Expected travel time for this position is approximately 40-50%.
