We are looking for an Customer Service and Sales Coordinator that will be focused creating, processing and fulfilling orders on a day to day basis. The team member will be the one welcoming customers, answering the phones, putting together orders, ordering product, reviewing outstanding orders, and contacting clients when their product is here for pick up.To be successful, you will have drive to deliver top-notch customer service, and help the sales team meet their daily, weekly and monthly goals. Being highly organized, and detail oriented will be your biggest asset to make sure customer are satisfied everyday. Exceptional communication skills are also key. You help curate the customer experience by being the first person to answer the phone and greeting customers when they come through the door
You input purchase orders from our clients support the store as needed
When ordering in product, you ensure there is ample lead time for all sales associates to meet customer project timelines
You support the sales team with helping customers get the information they need in order to finalize their orders.
You contact customers when their product has arrived and is ready for pick up

You processes credit cards and records payments

What are we looking for?

Proficient in MS Office
Experience operating point of sale systems
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working in a fast paced retail environment
Enjoys sales and being part of a sales team
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to manage different work activities simultaneously
