They focus on driving high-quality account engagement throughout the marketing and sales funnel, ultimately contributing to bookings and revenue growth.This role requires a results-driven, creative, and data-oriented mindset. Marketing Managers collaborate closely with sales, BDRs, and cross-functional teams to maximize resources and ensure alignment in driving new business at every stage of the customer journey. They actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, while delivering meaningful, actionable insights and performance data to leadership.. \nWhat you will doDevelop and manage strategic relationships with key partners to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that generate partner-sourced pipeline for sales teamsServe as the primary point of contact for partner marketing initiatives, building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levelsPlan and execute logistics and tactics for large tradeshows and smaller regional or bespoke eventsCreate and deploy integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (short- and long-term) aligned to segment needs in collaboration with sales leadershipWrite and optimize compelling marketing copy for email, webinars, and related programs to drive audience engagementManage the marketing calendar, including campaign planning, internal communications, and reporting on program performanceMonitor, analyze, and continuously optimize partner marketing strategies based on performance data and market trendsOversee budget for partner marketing activities and support additional responsibilities as neededWhat will you bringBachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience); degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in a revenue-generating roleProven ability to develop, execute, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable resultsStrong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and interpreting performance reporting and data insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading for high-quality marketing contentProficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including SalesforceStrong organizational and planning skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance\nWhy Emburse?Finance is changing-and at Emburse, we're leading the way.
