Dobson Centre for EntrepreneurshipPosition Summary:The Receptionist plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the overall operations of the office. This position involves managing the reception desk, greeting visitors and program participants, and providing administrative support for events and meetings. The Receptionist will assist with event setup, coordination, logistics, and RSVP lists, as well as support special events as needed. - Greet participants and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Manage the reception desk, including handling and redirecting inquiries, and ensuring efficient office communication.
- Assist with the setup and coordination of events, workshops, and meetings.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with office organization tasks to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Solve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise, coordinating with security, building services, or making arrangements to resolve any challenges promptly.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
