Overtime after 40 hrs/wk - Daytime - No Weekends - Ontario RunsBrannon Steel is looking for an experienced AZ Flatbed Driver for Ontario runs and shunting between its three nearby Brampton locations.Full-time permanent.Base work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.Please do not include your driver's license or abstract with your application! This information will be requested later if necessary.Please do not call to inquire about the status of your application, we will contact those who meet the requirements.Duties
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality and customer service.
  • Transport steel parts and plate up to 80,000 lbs using flatbed, van and slide trailers.
  • Ensure loads are properly secured.
  • Perform frequent tarping when required by weather.
  • Complete all necessary documents, logs, and inspections.
  • Comply with the Highway Traffic Act and other applicable regulations.
  • Represent Brannon Steel in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Valid AZ license with clean abstract
  • Strong flatbed experience.
  • Heavy load securement and oversize load experience.
  • Able to operate automatic and manual transmission.
  • Able to safely move up / down trailers to secure & tarp loads.
  • Read / write / speak English at a conversational level.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
