Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP ECC SD Functional Consultant contractor to join their project immediately and will run until January 2026 with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate has extensive IS Retail and SAP POS interface implementation experience, along with SAP ECC knowledge in SD, MM, FI, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics. This is a fully remote work setting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between SAP and peripheral systems.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless retail operations.
  • Maintain documentation for all configurations, processes, and interfaces.
  • Stay current with SAP Retail innovations and recommend system improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage change requests through proper governance channels.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts for regression testing.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and business users.
  • Participate in upgrade projects and new SAP module implementations.
