This is a mandatory requirement for this position. 👶 Childcare Responsibilities: - Care for our son Winston (currently 8 months old) - Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (10-12 hours/week) - Provide 3-4 hours of engaging, educational playtime - Prepare and assist with lunchtime routine - Follow a Montessori-inspired approach (experience is a strong asset) - Create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment We are looking for someone who will become a long-term presence in Winston's life, as we expect our needs to grow over time.
