Alcon interns will have the opportunity to not only gain industry experience and network with other Alcon professionals. Alcon also offers interns personal and professional development, high visibility and coaching and mentoring opportunities.This role will support the Vision Care Marketing team on several projects and activities; contributing to Alcon’s purpose of helping people see brilliantly.Position Responsibilities:Lead development of several tools to support new product launches.Promotional Materials Review – Assist with re-approvals of key marketing materials through our Promotional Review process.Promotional Materials consolidation – Ensure materials at warehouse are up to date, cross-reference materials online and in CRM system and update on Alcon Vision Brand Library where relevant.Attend agency meetings with marketing team to gain exposure to brand planning process.Support in the optimization of Alcon’s omni channel marketing transformation. Help identify strategies to improve consumer and customer acquisition and overall experience.Perform analysis of KPIs across the business to help identify areas of opportunity.Other administrative support tasks as assigned by the Marketing teamMinimum Qualifications:Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to co-op, and at least one additional semester following your co-op.
