- Contribute to defining and implementing the local Marketing Plan
- Hire, train and coach the Sales team, to ensure the right level of skills and competencies on products, processes and systems, building a comprehensive sales organization in line with the market potential of the own segment
- Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rates and provide a reliable forecast
- Guarantee the systematic use of the CRM to obtain a clean, up-to-date and complete database in terms of marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.
- Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leads
- Lead the Sales team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Culture model
- Guarantee continuous, proactive feedback from the market
- 3/5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Master's Degree
- Fluency in English
- Experience in sales network management and organization
- Experience in CRM management
- Consultative selling approach, knowledge of sales techniques, communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership which inspires your coworkers and customers with a high degree of empathy
