What You'll Do:
  • Deliver a world-class sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
  • Build trust and rapport with every client to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle and options
  • Stay current on vehicle features, financing options, and competitive offerings
  • Respond to all leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales and business office teams to exceed customer expectations
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive or retail sales experience (automotive preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and organized - confident using MS Office, Outlook, and PBS
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
