- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud, data centers, security, migrations, upgrades, etc.)
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors
- Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry requirements and security standards
- Communicate project status, milestones, and performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management
- Promote continuous improvement of project management and delivery practices
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management
- Proven experience delivering mid- to large-scale infrastructure initiatives
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure environments (on-premises, hybrid, cloud)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience in healthcare IT environments
- Knowledge of ITIL or structured IT service management frameworks
- Experience in cybersecurity or compliance-focused projects
- Strong leadership and sense of accountability
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
- Risk management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Clear and structured communication
