  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud, data centers, security, migrations, upgrades, etc.)
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors
  • Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry requirements and security standards
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management
  • Promote continuous improvement of project management and delivery practices
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management
  • Proven experience delivering mid- to large-scale infrastructure initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure environments (on-premises, hybrid, cloud)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken
Assets
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Experience in healthcare IT environments
  • Knowledge of ITIL or structured IT service management frameworks
  • Experience in cybersecurity or compliance-focused projects
