- This is a global role, mainly focused on Canada, but supporting other countries/markets based on the project and need.
- Create documentation (Standard Work, SOPs, process mapping, etc.) where needed in order to make sure that the potential new processes are documented and the Field HR team can follow a uniform and consistent practice.
- Partner with various COEs and stakeholders to build standard work training and assimilate into the HR new hire training curriculum.
- Conduct Standard Work audits to ensure identified practices are being followed.
- Participate in the HR Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews - collecting and presenting on metrics, roll up, and trend analysis.
- Partner with Tech to create tools that support process automation and continue to improve upon existing processes to reduce manual work.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures partnering with Centers of Excellence as needed.
- Provide training support to all levels of employees.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.

- 3+ years in an HR role, with a depth of experience in HR operations, benefits, compensation, HR data management, and knowledge of HR/labor laws.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- Experience with Hellofresh Policy and Practice

- Highly effective communicator with exceptional written and verbal/nonverbal skills, along with finely tuned interpersonal skills and professional judgment.

- Naturally curious: you're innovative, strategic, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented: you have well-honed strategies for never missing a deadline or overlooking a key detail, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, HR metrics and reporting and Google Suites.
