- Work collaboratively with all levels of personnel and management on revenue performance to meet strategic goals.
- Leverage Business Insights and Analytical tools in day-to-day revenue management activities.
- Coordinate and implement revenue initiatives; formulate and make recommendations to leadership on policies and practices relating to revenue improvements
- Engage regularly with Sales Teams, Call Centres and Groups Leads to ensure alignment and understanding of current market trends and incorporating these into day-to-day inventory management practices.
- Daily review of inventory availability for upcoming travel weeks. Based on competitive and market analysis, review booking activity and adjust inventory to optimize demand and maximize revenues.
- Monitor monthly revenue forecasts. Report any concerns and make required adjustments to eliminate/reduce any issues
- Develop and circulate weekly reports on progress and results of revenue management initiatives and actions taken. Analyzing and summarizing data with subsequent communication to senior leadership and operations
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in all revenue-related processes and explore options to resolve towards a goal of continuous improvement.
- Analyzing data, forecasts, measuring results, and adjusting processes
- Communication with key stakeholders. Ensure departments are informed of extra sections and changes to flight schedules. Attend weekly Commercial meeting to review previous week and upcoming items
- Monthly post-audit: draft summary report of measurable KPIs, provide qualitative feedback on results, as well as list of action items to address any Result gaps.
- Schedule and Capacity reviews: Assist with monthly/quarterly reviews to ensure that schedule and capacity are optimally responding to market needs, including but not limited to seasonal demand, Holiday travel, Special events, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduate from a University program with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Math Sciences.
- 1 to 2 years experience in Airline, Hotel or other Transportation industry.
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable initiatives.
- Strong team player
- Should have an inquiring mindset with a focus on understanding business and working as a member of a diverse team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of Excel
