We're about doing what's right and feeling good about it.Position DetailsWe are seeking a 15-month contract for the position of Marketing Manager, Loyalty to join our teamWhat you will do:
  • Responsible for the ideation, development, execution and analysis of Loyalty Marketing plans
  • Works closely with key stakeholders across the business (with particular attention given to the Loyalty Partners team) to align on marketing plans that address defined objectives, strategies, and provide reporting
  • Leverages knowledge of business, industry and audience insights, identifies unique ways to enhance the value proposition of the Loyalty Program
  • Demonstrates and promotes collaboration with internal channel experts and external partners to identify optimal channel and tactic mix for marketing, especially targeted initiatives.
  • Connects with key stakeholders to gather and/or review insights from reporting, make recommendations, course-correct and further support the business in meeting objectives.
  • Manages the members of their Marketing team by leveraging marketing, leadership, and Loyalty expertise.
  • Identifies opportunities and coaches team to improve efficiencies of marketing tactics and optimize marketing plans to garner growing results while controlling costs and managing to budget
Who You Are:
  • University degree preferred, with focus on business, strategy, marketing being assets
  • Relevant B2B and/or B2C marketing experience in the absence of university degree will be considered
  • Loyalty industry experience is an asset
  • Ability to develop and manage team of high-performing marketing professionals
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and interdependencies between what they do and its impacts on others
  • Strong communication skills with a drive to collaborate with and influence peers, direct reports leaders, and partners with messaging adapted for their audience
  • Exceptional project management skills - demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, manage, delegate and deliver multiple demands and details, and to rally others to do the same.
  • Curious, innovative, and balanced thinker - demonstrated ability to provide fresh perspective and take creative approaches to problem solving, combined with an ability to view situations analytically and leveraging insights
