- Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including setup, QA, optimization, troubleshooting, and end-of-month reconciliation.
- Proactively identify strategic and tactical optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and upsell to increase average campaign size.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, creating mechanisms to maintain consistency and quality across all activations.
- Execute and monitor testing plans for campaigns, applying learnings to drive improved outcomes.
- Partner with agency and client trading desks to provide insights and recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and align with client goals.
- Contribute to the creation, iteration, and adoption of activation processes and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that improve service delivery.
- Act as an agency champion of our DSP’s capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment with agency processes and client outcomes.
- 3+ years in programmatic activation, campaign management, or trading desk collaboration.
- Advanced knowledge of DSP platforms and associated programmatic tools.
- Expertise in multiple areas of programmatic advertising technologies including DSPs, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, and viewability.
- Experience with Amazon DSP is a significant advantage.
