Job Title: Technical Account Manager (TAM) Associate IIJob DescriptionThis role is pivotal in supporting agency activation and programmatic trading teams to effectively adopt and scale our DSP. The focus is on campaign setup, optimization, and providing recommendations to drive account spend and adoption of third-party deals. The role emphasizes activation and trading support for agencies to enhance campaign volume and limit troubleshooting.Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including setup, QA, optimization, troubleshooting, and end-of-month reconciliation.
  • Proactively identify strategic and tactical optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and upsell to increase average campaign size.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, creating mechanisms to maintain consistency and quality across all activations.
  • Execute and monitor testing plans for campaigns, applying learnings to drive improved outcomes.
  • Partner with agency and client trading desks to provide insights and recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and align with client goals.
  • Contribute to the creation, iteration, and adoption of activation processes and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that improve service delivery.
  • Act as an agency champion of our DSP’s capabilities, ensuring seamless alignment with agency processes and client outcomes.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years in programmatic activation, campaign management, or trading desk collaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge of DSP platforms and associated programmatic tools.
  • Expertise in multiple areas of programmatic advertising technologies including DSPs, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, and viewability.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP is a significant advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with a client-first focus.
  • Ability to share knowledge and expertise to train agency traders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in advertising agency with previous experience in a trader capacity.
  • Experience working with competitive technology offerings or DSP education.
  • Ability to drive performance outcomes for advertisers.
  • Capability to leverage top-tier technology across specific industries.
  • Experience in training different functionalities within the DSP and providing walkthroughs to customers.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a mixture of onsite at a regular office and customer office locations. The position follows regular 9-5 office hours.
