This role offers a unique blend of clinical care, patient education, and ongoing support — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and seeing the long-term impact of their work.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assess patient sleep health needs and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Set up and support CPAP therapy, providing hands-on education and guidance
  • Build strong patient relationships through follow-ups and ongoing care
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes
  • Support therapy adherence and monitor patient progress
  • Assist patients with funding and insurance navigation
  • Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
  • Contribute to clinic operations and support patient-focused product solutions
What You Bring
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
  • Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Ability to balance clinical care with education and patient support
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with CPAP or sleep therapy is an asset
  • Comfort with technology and EMR systems
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
