GENERAL LABOURER, Elk Lake, ONWhen you join our team as a general labourer, reporting to the department supervisor, you will perform various production-related tasks. This posting is for an existing vacancy.What You'll Do

Clean up
wrap and strap finished lumber bundles
Perform any related duties as requested by your immediate supervisor.

What You Offer

Completed secondary school diploma (SSD).

Have at least one (1) year of experience as a labourer.

Forklift certification is an asset.

Must be willing to take training on the different workstations and perform physical labour

Thoroughness, initiative, sense of responsibility, and independence.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks

Teamwork and listening skills.

Additional Information regarding general labourer:

Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Planer
Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Sawmill
Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekend cleanup
Benefits: The employer offers group insurance, a pension plan with employer contribution;

Hourly rate:30.13
