10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience within Canadian Banks, specifically in Payments, Fraud, or AML domains
Strong data mapping experience using APIs while working closely with Developers and QEs
Experienced in creating flow diagrams
Works effectively with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements
Strong, in-depth experience defining acceptance criteria
Extensive knowledge of Data Flows, Integrations, and ETLs
Ensures Developers and QE teams have fully defined, clear, and complete requirements
Advanced to Expert knowledge of:
System analysis processes and techniques
Systems and applications supported by the team, including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
Enterprise technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing, and delivery frameworks
The business domain supported, and business analysis practicesProvides leadership, guidance, recommendations, and collaborates with business and technology teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs
Leads technology requirements management for high-risk, strategic initiatives
Identifies and leads resolution of complex technology requirements-related issues
Leads and guides the identification, maintenance, and reporting of traceability of system requirements
Experience working in Agile and User Story development
