We pride ourselves on being a different kind of company — one built on trust, empowerment, and a culture where employees can truly grow.If you’re a Diesel Mechanic or Diesel Technician who values safety, teamwork, and making a difference in your community, this is the place for you.What You’ll Do as a 2nd Shift Diesel MechanicIn this role, you’ll perform essential fleet maintenance and diesel truck repair to keep our drivers safe and our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel vehicles
Troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
Using onboard vehicle diagnostic systems to interpret failure codes and adjust engine/vehicle control modules
Responding to road calls and conducting emergency repairs
Reviewing and completing repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
Documenting work using fleet maintenance software
Test-driving vehicles after repairs
Supporting teammates with complex repairs
Interacting professionally with drivers
Maintaining a clean and safe shop environment compliant with OSHA standards
Performing additional maintenance duties as needed
