- Conduct advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, cash flow projections, and investment return evaluations.

- Collaborate with the CFO to enhance internal processes, risk management systems, tax compliance, and reporting structures.

- CPA designation required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in progressively responsible finance roles, including 3-4 years of team leadership experience. Exposure to manufacturing industries is mandatory.
- Proven Financial & Analytical Expertise: A strong standing in preparing and analyzing operating plans, forecasts, and margin performance.
