Reporting to the Store Manager, the Front Counter Sales Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, responding to inquiries over the phone and via email, and is sales-driven in a fun team environment.You will provide service quotes, process sales transactions, be a product and services expert, and more! You will apply strong communication skills that make customers feel welcome at our Westbank location.Your positive mindset, sales & and organizational skills, willingness to be cross-trained, and customer-first approach, will make you stand out and be successful in this role.Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
  • Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
  • Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, and prepare and present customer quotations.
  • Review work orders with technicians, present and discuss any additional work needed with customers.
  • Book and order parts and tires needed for appointments.
  • Efficient and detail-orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service, counter or inside sales role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the automotive or related industry and aptitude for learning product knowledge.
  • Apply strong communication skills that make customers feel welcome.
  • Strong personal commitment to health and safety
