- Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
- Drive group classes, retail, PT, and event revenue.
- Coach your team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells.
- Scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards.
- Solve problems before they hit the floor.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop FOH, motivators + trainers.
- Set weekly expectations and hold accountability.
- Create a culture of energy, ownership, and fun.
- Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers.
- Lead in-studio engagement, social presence, and partnership events.
- Keep retention high and the vibe even higher.
- Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and conversion data.
- Identify issues early and implement solutions quickly.
- Communicate results with clarity and confidence.
- 5+ years experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership.
- Proven sales track record — you've crushed targets and coached others to do the same.
- High-energy leadership style: loud wins, strong coaching, team-first mentality.
- Operationally sharp — budgets, schedules, broken equipment, last-minute chaos.
