They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Langley branch temporarily as a Parts Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a dynamic team in an industry that values innovation and precision.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical parts support and guidance to customers
  • Identify and select correct parts using BOMs, serial numbers, or specs
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations
  • Validate pricing accuracy within internal systems
  • Manage order desk operations and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Promote the value of OEM parts over aftermarket alternatives
  • Coordinate sourcing of non-standard or specialty parts
  • Maintain inventory levels aligned with demand
  • Ensure on-time order processing, shipping, and documentation controls
Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years of technical or service-related experience
  • Trade certification or technical designation (e.g., CET, RET) preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to support cross-functional teams
