- Working closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role.
- Offering guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborating with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
- Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract the right talent.
- Attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates
- You have previous experience managing full cycle recruitment, sales or customer service
- You have a proven track record sourcing traditional and non-traditional candidate profiles
- You have a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability
- You are persuasive and have effective written and spoken communication skills
- You are fluent in French and English
- You will be required to travel within Quebec, depending on project or operational needs
