A key focus of this role will be on analysis, solutions identification, documentation, and project execution of our technology roadmap implementation.Major Responsibilities:Consult with stakeholders and process owners to identify and document solution requirements and user stories from different stakeholder perspectives.Liaise with diverse and cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide recommendations in conjunction with support from Enterprise Architecture and IT technology partners.Perform feasibility studies on solution options to support project success.Identify and assess risk associated with projects and solutions, assess probability, perform impact analysis, and develop detailed risk mitigation strategies.Work with subject matter experts to identify and create current-mode of operation and future-mode of operation process maps.Review design and technical documents to ensure that business and functional requirements are met.Synthesize detailed concepts and present concise information to stakeholders through presentation and documentation, to facilitate decision making.Support project success through financial and schedule analysis, identifying variance, explanation, and mitigation strategies.Assist with the project induction process by preparing required document.Qualifications & Experience:Degree in Business or similar field with 4 years related experience or a Diploma in Business or similar field with 6 years related experience.Proven experience in project delivery, analysis, or operations leadership in a customer focused technology delivery capacity.Excellent understanding of customer service operations, with emphasis on technologies and practices.Knowledge of Project Management standards and procedures is an asset.Competencies:Expert in conceptualizing and prioritizing work, operational initiatives, controls, and resources in a timely manner.Ability to develop highly collaborative and influential relationships with all levels of management and across departments/organizations.Highly organized with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision under demanding and changing deadlines.Excellent oral communications skills combined with excellent documentation and business writing abilities.When required, able to work outside regular office hours to support work demand.ENMAX Values – Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Service, Teamwork, Agility, InnovationSalary: Analyst, Level C (Current CUPE 2025 rates)$99,626.44 - $105,855.57 - $112,084.70 - $118,313.83 - $124,542.96Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB).
