Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team supporting Client eaters and merchants across Canada. In this critical contract role, you will optimize operational processes, investigate merchant requests, and help strengthen eater loyalty, while driving adoption of key platform features. Your executional excellence, organizational skills, and attention to detail will ensure a seamless merchant and eater experience, directly contributing to the growth of Client Eats.As an Ops associate, you'll be responsible for managing and tracking recurring operational processes, including identifying areas of opportunity, driving completion of tasks such as increasing adoption of certain features on the Client Eats platform, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that each process we track and manage yields the best merchant and eater experience possible.You'll have the opportunity to work with a top-notch operations team and will get to see the impact of your work on a daily basis. This is a contract role, but you'll hold a critical position in helping grow Client Eats in Canada.What You'll DoOperational Process Management: Run and track recurring operational workflows, establish new processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and automation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Merchant Support & Investigation: Oversee and program-manage fraud investigations raised by support teams, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.Communications & Marketing Support: Develop, review, and optimize market-specific communications, leveraging experimentation (A/B testing) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effective deployment.Track and Optimize Performance: Monitor the progress of key initiatives, analyze adoption rates of new features, and optimize with creative problem-solving to improve performance and get results at scaleProject Management: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously,, ensuring all deliverables meet internal deadlines and stakeholder requirements.What You'll Need1-2 years of experience in marketplace industries, customer-facing industries consulting or other relevant topics. Ideal experience should be in the function of operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, product market or other relevant domainsExceptional organizational and executional skills, have experience leading and participating in multi-faceted projects with many partners, both internal and external.Have a keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced and ambitious environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Data-backed: Can integrate data into decision making and business judgement to drive value for different customer segments, experience with A/B testing with strong proficiency in sql, excel, and or google sheets.Quick learner with proficiency in technology, including new software and systems.Experience with CRM systems and processes.Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
