- Administrative Support: Provide coverage for the administrative assistant during absences, including handling inquiries and general office tasks
- Order Fulfillment: Process and manage online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Data and Research: Assist with the management of the Drug Comparison Charts and conduct research to support organizational initiatives
- Event Support: Assist with logistical planning and execution of the annual conference, including communications and materials preparation
- Digital Content Management: Update website content and maintain social media accounts with relevant and engaging material
- Design and Communications: Create basic graphic design materials for digital and print use, as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Uphold the organization's standards for quality and accuracy in all content and materials
- Current University of Saskatchewan student
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to learn website content management systems (Mobirise)
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Experience with health research is an asset
Status: Casual 12 months with the possibility of extension

Salary: The salary range, based on 1.0 FTE, is $15.00 - 21.12 per hour. The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
