
Oil and Gas Administrator

- Creation and delivery of accurate and timely reports to North American Business Units, Groups, and Stakeholders.
- Analysis of Work Hour, Injury and Incident statistics for Stewardship reporting, trending, KPIs, Benchmarking, etc.
- Preparation of Safety Presentations, Scorecards, Training guides and company wide Communications
- Safety system and program support, specifically Incident Management, Inspections, Worksite Observations programs etc.
- Open Invoice administration - accurate and timely coding of payables
- Manage invoicing; create purchase requisitions and verify/code invoices.
- Order PPE, materials and printing.
- Manage multiple Outlook inboxes; prioritize and respond to a high volume of queries effectively and efficiently.
- 5+ years of related Oil & Gas industry experience; post secondary education in Business Administration considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Word, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
- Maximo, Open Invoice and Tableau knowledge considered an asset
- Proven professional written & verbal communication skills in a corporate environment
- Strong background in database management required for maintaining database integrity with the ability to handle multiple large projects on a timely basis in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence, initiative and confidentiality
