Offered as a 1-year fixed term opportunity, the role partners closely with senior engagement leaders to structure problems, develop insights, and drive high-impact outcomes for clients. You will work across strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives, translating analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready deliverables, while helping teams move from insight to action using Deloitte methodologies.Please note that the working hours for this role will be aligned to Pacific Time Zone.What will your typical day look like?
  • Drive Strategic Engagement Support: Work with engagement leaders to break down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, develop hypotheses, and define the analytical approach required to generate insights.
  • Lead and Deliver Client Work: Lead workstreams that translate research and data into clear insights and practical recommendations that help clients improve performance, operations, or strategy execution.
  • Develop High Quality Deliverables: Create clear, compelling presentations and materials that communicate complex ideas simply and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strengthen Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Build trusted relationships at all levels of client organizations and collaborate with multidisciplinary Deloitte teams across the global network.
  • Manage Workload and Deliver Under Pressure: Prioritize competing tasks while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining the high-quality standards expected at Deloitte.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience supporting executives, managing cross functional initiatives, or operating in a Chief of Staff style capacity is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into structured action plans
  • Familiarity with strategy, operations, or technology tools depending on specialization.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) is an asset.
  • Experience with SQL is an asset
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
