Milwaukee is more than a workplace, it’s where careers accelerate, and potential is unlocked.Position DescriptionThe Returns Auditor is responsible for inspecting and testing tools from 30 Day Returns.What You Will DoRead and comprehend RGA (RMA) forms, packing list, or return goods formVisually inspect all tool models, batteries, and kits for cleanliness and to ensure all associated items are returnedInspect and test all tool models and batteries for proper functionalityMake proper disposition decisions based upon documented guidelinesReview returns paperwork to ensure correct items are dispositionedResponsible for quality of workResponsible for maintaining productivity to established goalsComplete check sheet for each order inspectedUtilize WMS to perform all relevant returns processing, item conversions and inventory functionsAssist within the department as neededPractice 5S workplace organization and workplace SafetyAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned including working alternate shifts and weekends as neededAbility to work multiple positions in the operation as neededDevelop into subject matter expert in the area who can train and assist others as neededKnowledgeable of all functional testing for tools and batteries going through audit stationParticipate in Continuous Improvement program and initiativesStand for long periods of time while inspecting toolsMust be able to lift 40 poundsFrequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of parts and containersRepetitive motionAble to work in various temperature conditionsWhat You Will BringHigh School or GED diploma requiredExcellent organizational skills and time management skills requiredMust have basic math and computer skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to perform work per instructions and within reasonable time.Must have one to two years of previous experience in electrical or mechanical repairMechanical and diagnostic skillsWhat You Will Benefit FromExtensive health benefits, including vision and dental careRetirement Savings Plan with Employer Matching ContributionsCompetitive hourly rate of $25.38/hrPaid time off and employee discount programsAnnual $500 Wellness Program allowanceVisit our: , and todayDiversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values at TTI.
